STAAR Scores Available Through the Family Parent Portal as of Tuesday, June 16th!
Veterans MS is pleased to announce that students' STAAR (State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness) results will be available for parents and guardians to review through the Family Parent Portal beginning on Tuesday, June 16th.
Parents can access their child's STAAR scores by logging into the Family Parent Portal through the district's PowerSchool website. The portal provides a convenient way to view assessment results and gain valuable insights into student academic progress.
How to Access STAAR Scores:
Visit RGCGISD's PowerSchool website: https://pschool.myrgcgisd.org/public/home.html
Log in to your Family Parent Portal account.
Select your student.
Navigate to the Texas State Assessment Portal icon to access the TEA Family Portal to view score reports and performance details.
STAAR results provide important information about student achievement and readiness in key academic subjects. Families are encouraged to review the results and discuss them with their students as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
Parents who need assistance accessing their Family Parent Portal account or have questions about STAAR scores are encouraged to contact our campus at (956) 370-4828.

We would like to congratulate these VMS boys for finishing week 1 of their speed and agility summer program happening at Rio High School from 9:00-11:00 am. We appreciate all their time and sacrifice to come and get better at their craft.

The final day of our 8th grade trip to New York City was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience! Students enjoyed exploring the beauty of Central Park, visited the famous Rockefeller Center, and took in the bright lights and excitement of Times Square. From historic landmarks to iconic city sights, this trip created memories our students will cherish for years to come!
