La Grulla High School Gators

This service from the Little Club Youth Foundation from Mission, Texas will be available all the months of June and July from Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the La Grulla City Park. They will not serve the meals the week of June 29 thru July 3, 2026. They will be serving up to 200 meals per day.

So come on down and let your kids enjoy a healthy meal. The La Grulla City Park is at the "Heart of the City" and right next to the now open City Swimming Pool.

This is a GREAT opportunity to get in better shape and be ready for the coming school year. We encourage all students from Grulla High School to participate--even if you don't get to play any sport.

During the LONG HOT SUMMER months, we tend to slow down and do very little exercise--both physically and mentally. If you are not working this summer, come on over and have some hard-earned FUN!! We'll be waiting for you. GOOOOO GATORS!!!!!

Congratulations to all the Grulla High School Gators who earned District Baseball selections this season! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment on the field have made the Gator family proud. Thank you for representing Grulla High School with pride, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the season.

Our mighty Grulla Gators Baseball Team is going against Robstown in a PLAYOFF series. Game ONE will be in Robstown on Friday May 1, 2026 at 7:00 pm. Game TWO will be at THE SWAMP on Saturday May 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm. If game THREE is needed, it will be played 30 minutes after Game TWO at THE SWAMP!!!

Our Mighty Lady Gators Softball Team—In the PLAYOFFS!!!

Our Mighty Lady Gators Softball Team finished their regular season in SECOND PLACE behind La Feria. Our Lady Gators ended with a record of 6—2 in 4A Region IV District 32. They will take on the Robstown Cottonpickers on Friday, April 24, 2026 at THE SWAMP in La Grulla at 6:00 pm.

The PLAYOFF (Best of Three) series will continue in Robstown, Texas on Saturday, April 25, 2026 for a NOON game there. If a third game is necessary, it will be played after this game.

GATOR NATION: We need a HUGE CROWD on Friday at THE SWAMP! We can beat the Lady Cottonpickers from Robstown with your help and support. GOOOO LADY GATORS!!!!!

Hello everyone!! The Grulla Gators Wrestling team will be selling plates at Border Town in Alto Bonito on Saturday March 28, 2026 for the benefit of our seniors and next year’s competitions. The plan is to sell to be able to give our seniors a scholarship and to be able to raise enough for next year’s competition due to the fact that the school only provides one meal per event.
