○ Our official practices will begin on Monday October 5th.

● McCallie Aquatics Sign-Up:

○ All swimmers must register through the McCallie Aquatics website.

○ In addition, swimmers are required to have a USA Swimming membership number to participate.

● Transportation:

○ Swimmers will need to provide their own transportation to both practices at McAllie pool.
■ Please note that we are working on buses for swim meets.
● Fees:
○ There will also be additional swimmer fees, which will help cover meet costs and team expenses.
■ $50 – athletic requirement for all athletes (paid once for the year)
■ $100 – swim fee for meets and expenses

● Fundraising & Sponsorships:

○ To keep fees manageable and support our team, fundraising will be an important part of the season.
○ X-Grain will be our vendor for our gear. Items are up-charged $5 and that portion comes back to our sport directly.
○ We will also be doing an e-mail fundraiser that will bring back a large % to our team.
○ If you know of companies or individuals who may be interested in sponsoring our team, please let us know. Sponsorships play a crucial role in keeping our program strong.
● Meet Schedule:
○ A complete schedule of meets will be provided at parent meeting after Fall Break.
Looking forward to a great Swim Season!
