We loved receiving Manufacturing Day photos from our MEERA students at Allendale High School (Allendale Public Schools)! 🔧⚙️

This group is a great mix of future welders and engineers - we’re excited to see them exploring the many career paths available in manufacturing.

Most importantly, we’re proud that through our MEERA high school program, these students are able to see themselves building a future in manufacturing. The next generation of skilled talent is already here!

Today, on National MFG Day 2026, we’re celebrating the people who are helping shape the future of manufacturing - our incredible MEERA students, instructors, and trainers across the country!

To our students: thank you for showing up, learning new skills, asking questions, and exploring what a future in manufacturing could look like.

To our instructors and trainers in the field: thank you for opening doors and expanding possibilities. Through MEERA, you’re helping students see themselves in manufacturing careers.

This morning, WOOD TV8 featured Allendale High School and its MEERA program, highlighting the exciting work happening as MEERA expands into the high school setting.

We’re especially proud to see our MEERA instructors representing the program so thoughtfully and passionately. A huge thank you to the Allendale Public Schools team for opening your classroom, sharing your story, and showing what MEERA looks like in action. Your willingness to represent the program and share the impact you’re seeing with students is helping more people understand why this work matters.

We couldn’t be more proud to see MEERA - and the incredible people behind it - represented so well. ⚙️🔧🤖
