Parents:

Unfortunately, we will have to be CLOSED today, March 16th. I cannot determine when the power will be restored and it has already been off for some time. It is completely dark in the building and the temperature is suppose to keep dropping. Sorry for any inconvenience. Hopefully we will see you tomorrow. This includes all classes in both buildings.

Parents:

We currently plan on opening the center at regular time tomorrow, Monday, March 16th. As we all know, the weather and timing of the weather can change at any time so we will be keeping a watch on it and will update, and/or change the opening time if we need to. If we arrive at the center and have no power or any type of issues, I will update you as soon as possible. We will extend the drop off cutoff time to 9:00 am instead of the standard 8:30.

The center will be open and running on our regular operating hours tomorrow, February, 2nd. We are not on a two hour delay, however due to Catoosa county being on a delay we will be extending the cutoff for drop off until 9am instead of the regular 8:30am for tomorrow only. There are still a few patches of snow around the building so please watch your step. The driveway and sidewalks are clear.

Due to the predicted extreme low temperatures and possibility of the driveway and sidewalks refreezing throughout the night the center will be CLOSED, Monday, January 26th. We will keep you updated on any other changes as we know more.

We just had a few spots open up for this school year — hurry in to secure your child’s place!

To enroll, stop by the office in the main building, 7528 Battlefield Pkwy Ringgold, GA 30736, to pick up your enrollment packet. The office is open Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Call for more information 706-935-4446

Eligibility Requirements:

Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025

Child must be a Georgia resident

Program is free (funded by the Georgia Lottery)

Program Details:

First Day of Class: Friday, August 8, 2025

📚 Exciting News!
We’re proud to share that our very own center owner and longtime early childhood educator, Monica Layne, has written a children’s picture book!

This beautifully illustrated story celebrates the everyday wonder seen through the eyes of a child and reflects the same care, thoughtfulness, and love of learning that Monica brings to her work with children each day.

A limited first edition hardcover will be available this fall, and pre-orders are now open for in-person pickup only.

We have a few remaining Georgia Lottery funded Pre-K slots available for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. To enroll your child, stop by the office in the main building to get your enrollment packets. The office is open 7:30 to 5:30 daily.

Your child must be four years old by September 1st and must be a Georgia resident to be eligible for this free (lottery funded) Pre-K.

The first day of class is Friday, August 8th 2025. The class meets Monday through Friday from 7:45 until 2:30.
