Howdy Y members! Unfortunately John has a conflict tonight and will not make it for 5:30pm Spin - but you can do-si-do over to our aerobics room for an hour of Line Dancing with Sha at the same time!!

Aqua aerobics: M/T/TH 9-10am
Fall Swim Team: M/W 6pm-7pm
