Are you our a loved lady in your life facing cancer or a chronic illness?
The Healing Hearts Circle is a free, nondogmatic spiritual support group that taps into the support of a women's circle and sharing of spiritual gifts such as guided journaling, Reiki, and meditation . . . to support holistic healing. The meeting are held most Sundays 5 - 6: 30 pm at Bee True You Wellness in Rigdway.
Kathryn Rolston is the central point of contact to check if the meeting is happening, but you can send me a direct message to ask as well.

A poem for this fall evening

The Breath of the River

Like the water that never stands still,
We curve with the stone and we bend to the hill.
What rose in the morning as mist to the sky
Returns as the quiet dark rain drifting by.
No leaf stays upon the tall branch in its pride;
It falls to the earth and it swims in the tide.
No breath that you take is the breath of before;
The sand is rearranged by the sweep of the shore.
Why clutch at the wave as it slips through your hand?
Why build a frail castle of doubt on the sand?
To breathe is to loosen, to live is to free,
To trust in the deep, ever-moving great sea.
So open your palms to the winds that arrive;
In letting go gently, the spirit stays alive.
You are not the river, the stone, or the spark—
You are the vast light that shines through the dark.

The Fall Equinox Candlelit event is ON this Sunday.
5:30 - 7:30 pm
Celebrate the transition to fall during a Festive, Sacred Candle Lit Event with all levels yoga, chanting with harmonium, breathwork, guided meditation, SOUND BATH and optional essential oils.
Move, sweat, breath, chant and release what no longer serves you.
Optional: bring a quote, brief poem, fall leaves or intention to share.
Set intentions for fall with support during a sacred evening.
