We’re still celebrating everything TEEEM students accomplished throughout the 2025-2026 school year!

From pitching ideas to business leaders and building student-run social enterprises to expanding STEM education, organizing community fundraisers, and even designing TEEEM merchandise, our students found creative ways to turn their interests and ideas into meaningful impact.

These projects gave students opportunities to lead, collaborate, problem-solve, and put entrepreneurship into action. All while supporting communities both locally and around the world.

That’s what happens when students are given the tools and opportunity to lead. Their ideas can go far beyond the bell. 💙🌎

Kenya, here they come! 🇰🇪✈️

Our TEEEM students are heading to Kenya for an unforgettable week of learning, connection, and global impact. During their time in Kisii, students will visit local schools and lead robotics lessons, spend time with our partners at The GRACE Project, experience local culture, and wrap up their journey with a visit to Lake Victoria.

We wish our students and everyone traveling with them a safe, meaningful, and fulfilling trip. We can’t wait to see the connections they make, the lessons they learn, and the memories they bring home.

Stay tuned for updates and photos from Kenya throughout their journey! 💛🌍

The 2026–2027 school year is officially underway for our TEEEM Student Ambassadors! 🌍💛

This week, we welcomed 10 of our 12 ambassadors to the TEEEM office for their first in-person meeting of the year. The day was filled with team-building activities, vision-casting discussions, and subcommittee work as students began laying the foundation for the year ahead.

They also spent time developing their own mission and vision, brainstorming early fundraising ideas, and thinking about how they want to make an impact as student leaders. The energy, creativity, and enthusiasm they brought to the room made us even more excited for what this group will accomplish together.

And, of course, a great day deserved a sweet ending with a trip to the local gelato parlor! 🍨

We can’t wait to watch these students turn their ideas into action throughout the year. Stay tuned for much more from our 2026–2027 Student Ambassadors!

The 2025–2026 school year showed just how far student-led action can reach. 🌍

Throughout the year, TEEEM students helped support initiatives that expanded access to education, clean water, nutritious meals, safe housing, economic opportunity, healthcare, and more.

From classrooms and communities to homes and farms, each impact represents the power of students working alongside our nonprofit partners to create meaningful, sustainable change.

As we look ahead to a new school year, we’re excited to see how the next generation of changemakers will continue to learn, lead, and make an impact around the world. 💙

Travel is one of the most powerful ways students bring TEEEM’s mission to life. 🌎

Throughout the 2025–2026 school year, TEEEM students stepped beyond the classroom. They traveled to North Carolina, Kenya, the Dominican Republic, and New York City for experiences rooted in empathy, service, leadership, and global connection.

From supporting hurricane recovery efforts and helping build a home to expanding access to robotics education and learning from leaders at global institutions, students saw firsthand what it means to turn empathy into action.

These experiences gave students the opportunity to engage with new communities and cultures, broaden their perspectives, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of their responsibility to the world around them. They returned home with an even stronger commitment to creating positive change in their own communities and beyond.

As we look ahead to the 2026–2027 school year, we can’t wait to see where TEEEM students go next, and how they’ll continue turning empathy into action along the way.

🌍 Global Impact Spotlight: Kenya 🇰🇪

Since 2018, TEEEM has proudly partnered with The GRACE Project in Kisii, Kenya, helping expand opportunities for children and families through education and greater financial independence.

TEEEM support has helped advance STEM and robotics programming, scholarships, literacy initiatives, technology access, expanded educational offerings, and student nutrition.

TEEEM students have supported this work through a Hero Day cookie gram fundraiser celebrating Kenya’s Mashujaa Day, a virtual holiday celebration with students in Kisii, and a Kenyan coffee fundraiser that raised more than $5,000 for educational initiatives.

At the heart of The GRACE Project is the spirit of *harambee*—“all pull together”—a fitting reflection of a partnership connecting students and communities across the globe to build stronger futures.

Leadership can look like a clothing drive, a school dance, or an art contest. At TEEEM, students turn each of these ideas into meaningful action that changes lives around the world.

This edition of Beyond the Bell celebrates just a few of the incredible ways TEEEM students made a difference during the 2025–2026 school year. These student-led projects included collecting winter clothing for the Lakota Nation, supporting education in Uganda, advancing clean water initiatives in Burkina Faso, standing with Ukrainian refugees, and more.

This is what happens when students are empowered to lead. They turn everyday ideas into opportunities for global impact. Swipe through to see how our students are creating this change, one project at a time. 💙
