A few months ago, I had the privilege of joining the celebration for The Legacy of Bill Cooley: Roast the Icon of Hollandale—honoring his 95th birthday with laughter, stories, and a whole lot of love. 💙

The evening also raised support for the Center for Social Entrepreneurship (CSE), the nonprofit he founded that continues to make a lasting impact in Jackson by growing businesses, harnessing talent, and strengthening communities. 🌱

I was truly humbled that Youngstown Consulting was recognized for our volunteer support. This moment reminded me how giving back is one of the best ways to celebrate life and legacy.

Here’s to 95 years of impact—and to building on that legacy for years to come! 🥂

Jackson mayor rallies city support for food-insecure residents facing SNAP suspension - Mississippi Today The city of Jackson is pledging $150,000 for meals and targeted food assistance that will chiefly support the Community Foundation of Mississippi and supper meals provided by Jackson Public Schools.

This week, we had the privilege of attending the Ascent to 55% Convening, where leaders from across Mississippi came together to discuss innovative strategies for increasing educational attainment and workforce participation.

At Youngstown Consulting, our mission is to reduce the stress and ensure the success of individuals and organizations by bridging the gap between education, workforce readiness, and community impact. Being part of this convening reinforced our commitment to helping Mississippians gain the skills, credentials, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s economy.
