Uniform Exchange Reminder!
Need to exchange your student's uniform? We've got you covered!
📅 Monday, August 10
🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🕓 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 Heartwood Community School Gym
If your child's uniform needs to be exchanged for a different size, please plan to attend during one of the scheduled exchange times above. Parents DO NOT need to stop at the front office to check in for uniform exchange. If your scholar's size is unavailable we will place an order for the correct size and you will be notified once it arrives!

📣 Orientation is just a few days away, and we can't wait to welcome all of our new and returning Heartwood families! 💛
Before you arrive, here are a few important things to know:
1. Doors will open 15 minutes before your scheduled orientation time.
2. Orientation will be held in the gym.
3. Please park in the parking lot and use the sidewalk leading to the gym entrance.
4. Student uniforms will be distributed during orientation.
5. Transportation information will be shared with families.
6. We'll also have several community partners on-site with information about after-school opportunities and family resources, including Jasper County Parks & Recreation and other local organizations.
We look forward to seeing you and kicking off an amazing school year together! 💛

Kindergarten is almost here, and we're so excited to welcome our littlest learners! To help everyone have a smooth, fun, and comfortable start, we'll be using a staggered entry schedule for our kindergarten students. Please have your child attend school ONLY on the day assigned by their last name!
Wednesday (Aug. 5) last names: A-G
Thursday (Aug.6) last names: H-O
Friday (Aug. 7) last names: P-Z
Beginning August 10th all kindergarten students will attend school together on their regular schedule.
