This week it was our pleasure to celebrate the hard work of all of our friends at DeSoto County Schools as SIX schools were recognized by the Mississippi Department of Education as Science of Reading schools!

Bailey coaches and proud Desoto Countians Stephanie and Duane Case were able to attend all six school celebrations and honor their work to improve the lives of ALL Desoto County students!

Alabama coach and former Alabama Teacher of the Year Deborah Stringfellow recently partnered with teachers at Old Shell Road Magnet School in Mobile, Alabama, to reflect on last year’s data and identify meaningful next steps.

Through collaborative conversations focused on instructional practice, the team explored how to build on successes, address areas for growth, and strengthen teaching and learning to improve student outcomes.

Bailey Education Group is taking off in Tennessee! ✈️

Bailey’s Dianna Armstrong recently traveled to Knoxville to lead a professional learning session at Norris Academy focused on Effective Small Group Instruction.

Special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and instructional staff collaborated around research-based practices designed to strengthen student engagement, support meaningful differentiation, and improve achievement for diverse learners.

Three days of learning. One commitment to future-ready leadership.

Bailey Education Group was proud to partner with Marshall County Schools (AL) for a Leadership Academy led by Holly Costello, Lynda Ingram, and Dr. Elisabeth Davis. Together, school leaders explored building trust through relational leadership, creating consistency with high-impact instructional expectations, and strengthening instructional leadership through purposeful classroom expectations.

To wrap up the academy, participants put their learning into action with a fun “Real Deal or Fool’s Gold” Plinko challenge, identifying authentic evidence of effective instructional practices during classroom walk-throughs.
