5 Vegan Muscle Tips β

When it comes to building muscle on a vegan diet itβs some things to avoid
And itβs easy to fall into the junk food vegan trap πͺ€
Which will destroy your progress π€
So follow these tips β¬οΈ
1οΈβ£ Get Stronger - people ask whatβs better high reps, low reps etc.. my answer is get stronger at the π lifts ( incline, squats, pull ups )
2οΈβ£ Get Enough Protein - itβs not as much as you think π you only need 0.8 grams per pound of body weight
3οΈβ£ Sleep π΄ - Get atleast 7 hours if not kiss yourgains goodbye
4οΈβ£ Eat Berries π« - berries have antioxidants which help recovery
5οΈβ£ Have a Plan - donβt just go throwing weight around know what you are doing
