Thank you to our students, families, staff, and community for helping make Vieweg’s inaugural year so special. We couldn’t have done it without your support, encouragement, and involvement throughout the year. Wishing everyone a fun, safe, and relaxing summer break! School resumes on August 6.

Water Day is tomorrow. There are still a couple of volunteer spots left. Please check ParentSquare to sign up. It will be a bit chilly, so please send your child with warm clothes, layers, and/or a towel in their backpack just in case they decide to participate in the water activities.

Thank you to everyone who helped make tonight’s 8th Grade Promotion such a special night for our students and families.

Huge thank you to our volunteers: Monica Charles, Shannon Thompson, Brooke Smith, Sean Smith, Jorge Vaquerano, Blanca Vaquerano, and Janet Campbell for helping with setup, cleanup, passing out programs, and everything in between. Also, thank you to Brianna Wright, Katie Lemon, Jorge Vaquerano, Blanca Vaquerano, and Cindy Chong for donating refreshments and supplies for tonight’s celebration. If we missed anyone, please know we truly appreciate everyone who helped and supported tonight’s event.

Student appreciation notes going out to teachers and staff today. Here are a few photos of students with gifts this morning. If you have not turned in your appreciation notes yet, there is still time. Notes may be turned in anytime to your child’s teacher. If your note is for another teacher or staff member, the PTSO will continue delivering them through the last week of school. Please drop off notes at the front office in the PTSO mailbox. If students would like additional appreciation notes, extra copies are available at the front office. Thank you for helping us celebrate our teachers and staff.

As we continue celebrating Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, this is a friendly reminder to please turn in your appreciation notes to the PTSO mailbox.
