🏈 CHAIN GANG HELP NEEDED! 🏈

The Richwood High School Athletic Department is looking for volunteers to help with the chain gang for our home football games this season, including our scrimmage this Friday night!

As a thank-you for helping, chain gang staff will receive FREE admission to the game and a meal at halftime! 🍽️🏈

Hard work of students and staff at Richwood High School is paying off with great gains in both ELA and Math putting RHS in the top 5 single A schools in WV! However, there is much work still to be done as we begin the 2026-2027 school year. Keep sharpening the ax Lumberjacks!

Class of 2027 - Welcome to your senior year! Thank you for a great turnout to our 2027 GEAR UP Kick Off event! 30 of 50 Seniors attended with some parents and we greatly appreciate you! We hope your packet of information helps you navigate your senior year! For seniors who didn't attend, you will receive your packet one day next week.
A big thanks to West Virginia GEAR UP for making this event possible and Subway in Summersville for the food and delivery!

*For those who didn't attend, your senior packet will be sent home by the end of this week, Friday, Aug. 21. Parents, please be looking for your student's folder.

🍎📚 WELCOME BACK, LUMBERJACKS! 🪓🧡🖤

We’re excited to welcome our students back for another great school year at Richwood Middle School and Richwood High School!

As we begin the new year, please be aware of an important change to our morning drop-off procedure:

📍 NEW DROP-OFF & ENTRANCE
All middle and high school students will enter through the riverside cafeteria entrance.

⏰ Doors open at 7:20 AM.

School staff and local deputies will be at the entrance to help with the new drop-off procedure and, most importantly, to welcome our Lumberjacks back to school!

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we get the new school year underway. We’re looking forward to seeing our students and making it a great year!

Attention RHS Students: If you are interested in purchasing a parking pass for the 2026-27 school year, please complete the form below. Information about your assigned parking spot will be sent to you via email at the beginning of next week. Parking is $20 per semester and you must have proof of insurance.
