Our Kids Cafe class took us to Polynesia today! We made Spam musubi from Spam, rice, and seaweed wraps. We practiced our measuring and slicing skills and used our hands to form our musubi. Spam and seaweed were new foods for most of us, and we did a great job trying them! Reviews were mixed on the seaweed, but we all enjoyed the Spam.

We had another fun Kid's Cafe! Today we made smoothies and were able to practice our measuring, pouring, cutting, whisking, and mashing skills. Everyone enjoyed theirs and is looking forward to taking home their leftovers.
