🏆 STATE CHAMPIONS! 🥛💙💛

Congratulations to the Cobleskill-Richmondville FFA Dairy Evaluation Team for an incredible performance yesterday at the New York State Fair, earning 1st Place in the State out of 22 teams!

This outstanding accomplishment has earned the team the opportunity to represent New York State at the National FFA Convention this October in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Individual results among 88 competitors:
🥇 1st Place – Olivia VanEvera
🥈 2nd Place – Jacob Enyart
🌟 7th Place – Rubie Cook
🌟 9th Place – Logan VanEvera

What an incredible display of dedication, knowledge, and teamwork. We couldn’t be more proud of these students for their hard work and commitment to excellence. Best of luck as you prepare to represent New York on the national stage this fall!

🐔💙💛 Congratulations to the Cobleskill-Richmondville FFA Poultry Evaluation Team! 💙💛🐔

Last week, our Poultry Evaluation Team proudly represented the Cobleskill-Richmondville FFA Chapter at the New York State Fair, competing against 24 of the top FFA teams from across the state.

We are excited to recognize their outstanding accomplishment of placing 11th out of 24 teams!

Our very own CR Alumni Kealy Schilde is getting to walk the stage at National FFA Convention! Kealy will be receiving her FFA American Degree this October. Less than 1% of FFA members earn this degree, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Kealy’s SAE is in nursery operations, which started on her family’s greenhouse business, Sunnycrest until that sold in 2024. Through her experiences she had gained hands-on knowledge of plant care, greenhouse operations, and serving customers by helping them select plants and answering questions about their care. Since the sale of her farm, she shifted to working in food service at Ty’s Taco-Ria, where she has been able to continue to develop her customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, but this time, slinging some tacos!

Please help us in showing Kealy some love and congratulating her!!

As you prepare for all your 4th of July 🇺🇸 celebrations or wrapping up any graduation parties 🎓…don’t throw away any cans or bottles, instead turn them into support for the Cobleskill-Richmondville FFA Chapter! 🌽🚜

♻️ Drop off any redeemable cans and bottles at Righi’s Redemption Centers throughout Schoharie County (open 7 days a week, 9am-5pm). Simply, let them know the returns are for CRCS FFA and all your proceeds will go towards all the FFA and agricultural opportunities for students throughout the year.

Any donation big or small makes a difference! Thank you for all your continued support!

Come check out Cobleskill-Richmondville FFA at the Gas Up Antique Engines and Tractor show in Schoharie!

We will be here until 4pm today and next weekend. With a tent set up for peddle tractors and coloring for kids, as well as plants by donation. Look forward to a fun day with the assortment of tractors and engines up for display and rides on the tractor or firetruck! They've got food and homemade ice cream, as well as some Gas-Up merchandise up for sale.

The bread from our FFA Bread Fundraiser has arrived and is ready for pick-up at the CR High School greenhouse. If you placed an order, please stop by to pick up your bread before Thursday. We are here until 2:30 pm- 4 pm today through Thursday!

Also, our plant sale is beginning today! Stop by to get your favorite plants just in time for summer!
