Adaptive ABA Center in Richmond, TX is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team, full-time and independent contractor positions available!

🏫 School-based setting: work with K–5th grade students in a supportive classroom environment
💻 Hybrid schedule: time on campus plus flexibility for documentation and planning
🤝 Full-time or contract: choose the arrangement that fits your career and lifestyle
👥 Small caseloads: about 1 BCBA to 8 clients, so you can make a real difference

You'll: develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, partner with families and teachers, and help students thrive.

Adaptive Learning Academy is excited to offer our 3-Week Job Readiness Workshop for High School Students with Diverse Abilities!

Students will receive structured, hands-on training in:

✓ Resumes & job applications
✓ Interview preparation & role-play (at real workplaces!)
