Check out her majesty, our new queen 👑🐝 installed last week in her royal cage. She’s hanging with her attendants before being released and hopefully embraced by the colony as they adjust to her pheromones. Long may she reign! 🌞🖤🐝

Great to have beekeeper on staff at Open to help take care of the newly established hives AND substitute teach! Looks like workers are laying which means no queen and only drones 😔 so hopefully adding brood from the other hive will result in a new queen soon🤞🏽👑🐝
