Child Care Consultants of Virginia is a small consulting firm that guide, direct, and empower parents to find the child care that is suitable to their family's needs. Child Care Consultants of Virginia was founded in 2015 by Heidi Blanton-Pohl and Rebecca Wade. Together they have 10 years of working in and providing child care. Their passion is helping families with special needs or circumstances.
For a nominal fee, Child Care Consultants of Virginia will meet with your family individually and discuss your budget, needs, and location. They will then narrow down your search and share with you options that fit your personal needs. They are excited to help guide, educate, and empower parents in their search for child care. FAQ's about Child Care Consultants of VA, LLC. At this time we do not provide you with a nanny or sitter. Instead, we help define your needs and will guide you in your search and interview process. Right now, we do not "hire out" nannies or sitters. IS THERE A MONTHLY FEE? We do not require memberships. There is an initial consultation fee and from that meeting, you can decide to move forward. Once you have your list of options, we are done! DO WE HELP FAMILIES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN? Simple, yes. WHO GETS TO SEE OUR INFORMATION? Only your consultant. We value your trust and privacy therefore we do not share your information with any providers unless you give us written permission but we do not find it necessary. DO YOU INTERVIEW SITTERS OR NANNIES? We can sit in on interviews for an additional cost. You will be the one interacting with this person regularly so you need to communicate. We will guide and listen for any additional things you may miss. With our experience working in this industry there are things you may not notice the same as we do. CAN YOU VISIT A CENTER WITH ME? We can for an additional cost. You are making the ultimate decision. We will listen and give you our feedback about your tour. WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE INFORMATION? We are not offended!
