Next week, we have the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Eric A. Stanley to our campus for the second annual Q Symposium and Scholar-in-Residence visit. Until then, you can read the following story for a sneak peek at some of the topics we'll discuss.
“‘Policing bodies’ is an urgent call for political solidarity, especially as the ongoing war against reproductive and gender affirmative care intensifies,” said Stanley, an associate professor in the Department of Gender and Women’s Studies at UC Berkeley.

The symposium, which will focus on the topic of “Policing Bodies” this year, is a week of events hosted by VCU’s Q***r Research and Advocacy Center.
