📖 Cien años de soledad (One Hundred Years of Solitude )1967 by Gabriel García Márquez, Colombia
" I first read this novel as a young teenager. I have read it several times over the years, especially when I have felt nostalgic for the familiar landscapes of my upbringing. I love this book because it invites me to remember that in Latin America and the Caribbean, we make sense of our lives and the conflicts within them at the intersection of the fantastic and the realistic, both woven into the fabric of daily life."

📖 Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson
"one of my favorite reads because it helped me to adjust to several changes that have happened in my life. This book encouraged me to face my fears and embrace new possibilities, rather than get stuck. This is a little book with a huge impact!"

📖 A Different Drummer by William Melvin Kelley
“Anyone, anyone can break loose from his chains. That courage, no matter how deeply buried, is always waiting to be called out. All it needs is the right coaxing, the right voice to do that coaxing, and it will come roaring like a tiger.”
