o depressed, insecure and not confident. Just before graduating from High School, it hit me: I read an article that mirrored my feelings about myself to a tee. My problem was referred to as low self-esteem; it felt like a disease that was at the core of my being and no matter what I accomplished, it would not leave me. I then began to inundate myself with materials on how to build self-esteem and feel good about myself. I'm not perfect, but I now possess the ability to control my negative thoughts and overcome obstacles. This is why I am committed to helping others fulfill their divine purpose. Therefore, I work with those who are ready to make a change in their life and willing to do the work that’s needed to make it truly happen.
