⚙️ WE’RE BUILDING THE TEAM BEHIND THE EXCELLENCE! ⚙️

The 2028 Virginia Massage Excellence Tournament & Championship is building its organizing committee before we begin selling the event — because an extraordinary championship requires an extraordinary team behind the scenes. 💜🏆

Our next leadership position to fill is:

⚙️ LOGISTICS / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We’re looking for the person who can look at a big vision and say:

“Okay. Here’s exactly how we make it happen.”

This is a critical hands-on leadership role responsible for making sure the event actually WORKS — from the first massage table arriving to the final piece of equipment leaving.

YOU WILL HELP OWN:

📍 Venue ex*****on and event-day logistics
🗺️ Competition floor plans and room layouts
💆 Massage table coordination, placement and movement
📦 Equipment, supplies and inventory
🚚 Deliveries, loading and unloading
🔌 Operational needs throughout the venue
🪧 Signage and designated event areas
🛠️ Setup and breakdown coordination
👥 Working with volunteers and department leaders on physical event needs
⏰ Keeping setup and transitions on schedule
🚨 Day-of troubleshooting and rapid problem solving
✅ Making sure each department has what it needs, where it needs it, WHEN it needs it

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

Our Event Director and Co-Director should not be worrying about where 40 massage tables are supposed to go while they're trying to run a championship.

The 2028 Massage Excellence Tournament & Championship is building its leadership team — and we are officially searching for the person who will serve as our Competition Director.

This is not just a volunteer title. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a fair, professional, organized and competitor-centered championship experience from the ground up.

🏆 COMPETITION DIRECTOR

Working directly with Event Director/Executive Head Victoria Crawley, Event Co-Director/Co-Executive Head Sade’ Parham, and the Judge Coordinator, the Competition Director will help oversee:

📋 Competition rules and procedures
🥇 Competition categories and rounds
⏰ Competition scheduling and timing
📊 Scoring operations and score verification
⚖️ Fair and consistent competition standards
📑 Competitor eligibility and compliance
👩‍⚖️ Coordination with the Judge Coordinator
🚨 Competition-day problem solving
🏆 Finals and awards qualification procedures
💡 Continued improvement of the Massage Excellence competition model

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
