🎯🛒 Fourth Grade Math Goes to Target! 🛒🎯

Our fourth-grade mathematicians wrapped up their first nine weeks of learning with a fun Target transformation! Students rotated through different “departments,” aka math stations, to review everything they’ve learned, including place value, adding and subtracting decimals, and multi-digit multiplication. ➕➖✖️

The fun didn’t stop there! Students put their money skills to the test as they calculated costs and made purchases at our very own “Starbucks,” earning special treats along the way! ☕💵

Who knew reviewing math could be this much fun? Our students shopped, calculated, and learned their way through an exciting hands-on experience!❤️🤍

Throughout October, we recognize and celebrate individuals with dyslexia while raising awareness about the importance of understanding, acceptance, and support. Today our Frost staff members and students dressed in red to show their support for Dyslexia Awareness Month. Together, we can spread awareness, celebrate different ways of learning, and remind every student that their differences make them shine!❤️📚

Once upon a time...in Mrs. Smith's SLC classroom!✨
There was a very special visit from a fractured fairy tale author, Mrs. Mary Mecham - She read fairy tales to the class and shared a little about what it is like to be an author. Our students also created their own crowns and dressed up as fairy-tale characters! They had so much fun using their imaginations and bringing our fairy-tale unit to life. It was truly a magical day of read alouds, creativity, and hands-on learning!👑🏰
