💙👓📚 WHAT AN AMAZING DAY TO BE A JANE LONG TEXAN! 📚👓💙

Yesterday was an incredible day at Jane Long Elementary, filled with opportunities, excitement, and so much support for our Texans!

👓 VSP Eyes of Hope provided eye exams for 133 of our students! Many students who needed glasses were able to leave with a brand-new pair, with additional glasses arriving soon. We are so thankful to the entire VSP team for bringing this amazing opportunity directly to our campus and taking such wonderful care of our students!

📚 And the excitement didn’t stop there! Our Texans also had the opportunity to visit our FREE Book Fair, where every student was able to choose THREE FREE BOOKS to take home! Seeing our students excited about picking out their own books was priceless!

📣 We kicked off this special day with an incredible welcome from the LCHS Cheerleaders, who greeted our students during morning arrival and helped bring the energy from the moment our Texans stepped onto campus! Thank you for making our students feel so special! 💙

Days like this remind us what can happen when a community comes together for kids. From clearer vision 👓 to new books 📚 to a morning filled with school spirit 📣, our Texans were surrounded by people who believe in them and want to see them succeed.

A HUGE thank you to VSP Eyes of Hope, the LCHS Cheerleaders, our staff, volunteers, families, and everyone who helped make this day possible!

💙🤠 We are proud to be Jane Long Texans!
