!!Change in late arrivals and visitor sign-in process!!

For tardy students (those who arrive after 7:50 or the doors are closed): Parents will need to park their car in a designated parking spot and come into the building to the kiosk table by the front office.

A. Select Students
B. Select Late Arrival and the reason you are here (tardy or doctor's appointment)
C. Type in your Student's name and click on the name when it appears
D. Click on the reason for the tardy (typically it will be late arrival)
E. Click Print and a slip will print out for your student to take to their teacher

Visitors to our school will need to bring in their driver's license.
A. Click Check In
B. Be ready to have your picture taken and click on Take Photo.
C. You will be asked to scan your driver's license - both front and back. (Once you have done this and are in our system you should not have to perform this step again)
D. Under Visitor Type you will be asked to provide information as to the nature of your visit.
E. A pop-up will state that you are checked in and will print a wearable sticker.
F. Once you are done with your visit you will need to come back to the kiosk table and Check Out. Once again you will have to take a photo.

This system has been in place at the middle and high schools for quite some time and has proven invaluable in regards to attendance reporting and safety issues. Thanks so much for your continued help!
