🎄 Richmond FFA (and friends) wrapped up their annual wreath-making service project!

Using fresh greenery sourced from a local Christmas tree farm and harvested from trees on the high school grounds, students learned the art of arranging and creating beautiful holiday wreaths.

These handmade wreaths were then donated to local service organizations and community entities. This year, we were proud to gift 10 wreaths throughout our community—spreading Christmas cheer and the spirit of service this holiday season. ❤️🎄

🎶 Band Pride! 🎶

This weekend, three of our high school band students performed at the All-District Band Concert in Platte City! These talented musicians auditioned on November 1 in St. Joseph and earned their spots among the top musicians in the district.

👏 Congratulations to:
• Weston Burkeybile – 3rd Chair Alto Saxophone, District Concert Band
• Jasper Gay – 2nd Chair Trumpet, District Concert Band
• Emma Brungardt – 9th Chair Flute, District Honor Band

On Saturday, students participated in a full-day clinic followed by an evening performance at Platte City High School. Their dedication and hard work truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of their accomplishments!

🎷 On Sunday, our saxophone students also participated in the 3rd Annual Saxophone Christmas at William Jewell College, continuing a weekend full of music and celebration.
