Tomas High School will host its SAC Strength & Conditioning Camp this summer, offering an excellent opportunity for incoming 9th–12th grade athletes to build strength, speed, and overall performance. The program will run from June 8 through July 17 (no Fridays) at Tomas High School and is open to both football and multi-sport athletes. Training sessions will focus on strength development, conditioning, agility, and explosiveness in a structured and supportive environment. The cost to participate is $60. Families are encouraged to review the flyer and use the QR code provided to complete registration.
