International Day of the Girl is a reminder to recognize girls’ rights, celebrate their potential, and support them in
having equal opportunities to learn, create, lead, and shape their own future.

From asking questions to solving problems, from experimenting to building new ideas—girls belong in every
space where curiosity and innovation thrive. 🔬💻🚀

Let’s encourage girls to be curious, confident, creative, and never afraid to ask,

“Why not?”

Because the future needs their ideas, too. 💜

Every child deserves a world where they can play, explore, ask questions, make mistakes, and grow without fear
of judgment or pressure.

Creating that kind of environment is a responsibility we all share. It’s our duty to listen, to protect, and to create
safe spaces where children can simply be themselves.

Because supporting a child’s mental well-being starts with the world we create around them. 🌱💛

Nanotechnology explores and works with materials at an incredibly tiny scale, so small that we need specialized
tools to see and study them.

But why does something so tiny matter? 🤔
Nanotechnology is helping scientists and engineers develop new materials, improve medicines, create smarter
electronics, and solve problems in ways we couldn’t before.

A reminder that in science, some of the biggest ideas can start incredibly small. 🌟

Without our teachers, IDEA Lab Kids wouldn’t be possible.💞
Today, we celebrate the people who do so much more than teach. They inspire curiosity, encourage questions, build
confidence, and help shape the minds of the next generation.

Every experiment, every discovery, every “I did it!” moment starts with someone who believes in a child’s potential. 🌟

Today is a moment to appreciate the teachers who help children discover not only the world around them, but what
they are capable of.
Thank you for inspiring, guiding, and making learning meaningful. ❤️

🚀Inventor Spotlight: ROBERT H. GODDARD
What if you had an idea that seemed impossible to everyone else, but you kept working on it anyway?

Born on October 5, 1882, Robert H. Goddard became one of the pioneers of modern rocketry. He believed rockets
could travel beyond Earth’s atmosphere and spent years developing and testing rocket technology.
In 1926, he successfully launched the world’s first liquid-fueled rocket. 🚀

His story is a powerful reminder that big discoveries often begin with a simple question:“What if?”
That’s the spirit of STEAM.

Inventor Spotlight: Mary Anderson 🚗
In 1903, Mary Anderson patented a device that allowed drivers to clear rain, snow, and sleet from their windshields without getting out of the car.

Her idea was simple, but incredibly useful. She noticed a problem, thought of a solution, and turned that solution into an invention.
And while windshield wipers may seem ordinary today, her invention became an essential part of every modern car.

💡 STEAM lesson: Innovation doesn’t always begin with a complicated idea. Sometimes, it starts by noticing an everyday problem and asking, “How can I make this better?”

Before Minecraft, Mario, and Fortnite, there was… Tennis for Two! 🕹️
Created in 1958 by physicist William Higinbotham, Tennis for Two is widely recognized as one of the earliest video games ever created. It was built on an oscilloscope and displayed a simple tennis match — decades before video games became part of everyday life! 🤯

From those first pixels to today’s immersive worlds, video games have come a long way — combining technology, creativity, design, storytelling, and problem-solving. 💡🎮
If your kids could create their own video game, what would it be? 👾
