While it is not necessary to ascribe to a particular religious faith to be a member of RRHE, it is necessary for all members to recognize and respect that RRHE's mission, perspective, and public gatherings will reflect a Christian worldview. The RRHE Website: An online community for RRHE members to communicate issues that benefit home school families. The RRHE Activity Meeting: An open-house meeting that assists homeschool families and local support groups in organizing activities, athletics and cultural events. Used Curriculum Fair: An open-house meeting at the end of the school year that provides an opportunity to buy and sell used curriculum. RRHE Mom's Support Groups

The members-only side of this website offers a wealth of information about homeschooling in the Richmond Metro region, including:

Communication: An online discussion board for RRHE members to communicate issues that benefit home school families. Community: Homeschoolers are able to easily network, communicate, and participate in a community facilitated by Richmond homeschool events and the RRHE Forum. An online member directory is also available on the members-only side of the website (members can opt-out their contact information from this directory if they choose). Support: Receive and give advice on our forum, share discussions with other members, and learn the latest about your local homeschool support groups. Scheduling: Access and contribute to the RRHE calendar, a listing of Richmond homeschool activities and notifications. Promotion: The RRHE forum and RRHE calendar are excellent ways to get the word out about your club, activity, sport, class, co-op, and family business. Sharing: Create your own family homeschool page and photo albums for other RRHE members to view. Let the RRHE community know about your homeschooling experience and learn more about the other homeschooling families in your community. Commerce: Buy and sell used curriculum and other items through the RRHE classified section. Membership is open to all homeschooling families in Richmond, Virginia and its surrounding counties.
