✨ From SUP Yoga Teacher Training to teaching her first solo class! ✨

Today’s SUP Yoga class in Coronado was extra special. 🌊🧘‍♀️ One of our recent SUP Yoga Teacher Training graduates taught her first solo class, and we couldn’t be more proud of her!

Watching our students go from learning how to safely lead a class on the water to actually stepping onto their boards and becoming the teacher is one of the best parts of what we do. 🤍

And today’s class was such a good one — beautiful Coronado Bay views, calm water, sunshine, movement, balance, and an incredible group out on the boards. ☀️🏄‍♀️

Days like today are exactly why we love SUP Yoga in Coronado. 💙

The bay was absolutely gorgeous — calm water, sunshine, and views stretching from the Coronado Bridge to downtown San Diego. There’s just something different about practicing yoga while floating on the water. ✨
