For every child in an afterschool program in Virginia, four are waiting to get in (Afterschool Alliance - America After 3PM). All featured students are part of Middle School Alliance afterschool programs, a collaboration with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, Higher Achievement Richmond, the YMCA of Greater Richmond, and NextUp, the OST intermediary.
