Meet Kendra! PE teacher and Skills Coach at White Pine!!

Hi! I’m Kendra! I’m the PE teacher and Skills Coach at our school, which basically means I get to spend my days moving, playing, laughing, and helping kids learn how to be good humans. ❤️

These kids teach me how to keep up with them and have fun while doing so. I love getting to see their personalities come out when they’re moving, trying something new, working together, or realizing they can do something they didn’t think they could.

I believe overall health is your whole environment, and somewhere along the way exercise became so much more than just working out or punishment. I want kids to learn that movement can be something that makes them feel GOOD—not just something they are forced to do. Hopefully they leave PE knowing a little more about how to take care of themselves, but also knowing that being active can actually be fun.

I also teach a fitness class, which is probably best described as a little bit of lifting, a little bit of cardio, a lot of (all kinds of) music, and definitely some questionable dance moves. 😂💪🏼

My classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday mornings at 6 AM here at the school 🎉 Reach out personally (.fisch) and we can chat if you’d like to join us!

I’m pretty passionate about helping people realize they are stronger than they think they are—and honestly, I’m just really lucky that I get to do something I love for my job. ❤️

Catch me at a kids sports game, hiking or riding in the mountains, or baking and eating treats!

💙💛Put on your Walking Shoes or Helmet 💛💙

It’s walk/bike to school day Wednesday 9/23! We will start at the Richmond Stake Center at 8:30 sharp and walk to White Pine Elementary. We will be sending home permission slips today for your kiddos to get signed to be able to get off the bus at the stake center. So please watch for those!

We have the crossing guards and PTA volunteers who will be available to make sure your little Eagles get to school safe, and you are more than welcome to walk with your kids as well.

For those who live in Richmond, please be extra careful and watchful for these kiddos as we get them to school safely.

Thank you to all who made this even happen 💙💛

Hey White Pine Families! 🦅

We wanted to give a big shout out to one of our AMAZING sponsors for the School Jog A Thon and Carnival Fundraiser. 💙

Cache Valley Extermination donated an amazing amount for us to be able to provide some goodies and prizes for our amazing Jog A Thon and Carnival. Without our sponsors the event would be a bit tricky to put on, so we are super grateful for them.
