Probiotics, particularly **Lactobacillus reuteri**, are beneficial microorganisms that support gut health through various mechanisms. Different strains of L. reuteri, such as **DSM 17938** and **RC-14**, offer unique advantages. DSM 17938 helps alleviate gastrointestinal issues like diarrhea, while RC-14 supports vaginal health and prevents infections. These probiotics enhance the balance of gut microbiota, improving digestion, nutrient absorption, and immune function.
Prebiotics are non-digestible fibers that serve as food for probiotics, promoting their growth. Sources include inulin from onions and garlic, which stimulate beneficial bacteria, thereby enhancing overall gut health. Together, prebiotics and probiotics create a symbiotic relationship, known as the “synbiotic effect.” This collaboration enhances the efficacy of each component: prebiotics nourish probiotics, allowing them to thrive and exert their beneficial effects more effectively.
Moreover, the combination improves digestive health, alleviates gastrointestinal discomfort, and strengthens the immune system. A well-balanced gut microbiome has also been linked to better metabolic function and even mental well-being, demonstrating the far-reaching benefits of a healthy gut.
Incorporating probiotics like L. reuteri and prebiotic-rich foods into your diet can foster a thriving gut environment, leading to improved digestive health and overall wellness. This synergy is essential for maintaining a balanced microbiota, ensuring that the digestive system functions optimally.

Steps to Make Yogurt at Home
Making yogurt at home is a simple and rewarding process. Here’s how you can do it:
Ingredients Needed
Organic Milk (whole, 2%, or 1/2 & 1/2; about 4 cups)
Yogurt starter (plain yogurt with live cultures; about 2 to 3 tablespoons) If the milk is pasteurized, then you don’t have to worry about boiling it. I prefer the half-and-half creamer, because I prefer a thicker texture.
Equipment Required
• A saucepan
• A thermometer
• A whisk or spoon
• A container with a lid (glass or plastic)
• A warm place to incubate (I purchased a yogurt maker, which also comes with two glass, lidded containers.)
The Milk:
Pour approximately two cups of milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it reaches about 100°F, so you can dissolve the inulin powder.
Cool the Milk:
Remove the saucepan from heat and add a little of the chilled creamer so that the milk stays around 90°, which will be ideal to add the yogurt starter.
Add the Yogurt Starter:
In your yogurt bowl, mix the plain yogurt (or starter powder) with the cooled milk to create a smooth mixture. Then, gently whisk this mixture back into the rest of the cooled milk.
Incubate:
Place the milk mixture into your yogurt maker and cover it with the lid at 102 degrees for at least 12 hours and up to 36 hours.
Also, consider fermenting a variety of vegetables, natto, and cheeses (like Gouda), because the more strains of probiotics you can get into your gut the better your gut health will be.
I’m using the Ultimate Probiotic Yogurt Maker with Adjustable Temperature & Time Control - Make Trillions of Live Probiotics & Get Better Gut Health. which retails for about $72, but it’s on sale right now for $58.

Mechanisms of Tumor Metastasis Induction
Tissue Disruption:
* When a biopsy needle penetrates tissue, it can create channels that allow tumor cells to escape their original site. This disruption can enable cancer cells to enter the bloodstream or lymphatic system more easily.
Increased Cell Mobility:
* Biopsies can lead to changes in the microenvironment, making it easier for cancer cells to move. The mechanical trauma may stimulate cancer cells to become more invasive.
Biopsies can provoke an inflammatory response:
Inflammation:
* The body responds to the trauma from a biopsy with inflammation. This can create a favorable environment for cancer cell migration, as inflammatory cytokines may promote cell survival and invasion.
Foods, Herbs, Nutraceuticals that Shrink Tumors:
- sweet potatoes
- black beans
- red onions
- Essiac tea
- oregano oil
- omega 3 fatty acids
- turmeric
- ginger
- garlic
- ivermectin
- cruciferous vegetables
- berries
- walnuts

How Vitamin D3 Prevents Heart Attacks and Blood Clots
* D3 is needed for calcium absorption.
* K2 is needed to route calcium to the bones and teeth.
* Calcium in the arteries causes atherosclerosis.
* Calcium in the kidneys causes kidney stones.
Vitamin D3 plays a vital role in cardiovascular health through several mechanisms that help prevent heart attacks and blood clots.
Regulation of Blood Pressure
Vitamin D3 helps regulate blood pressure by influencing the renin-angiotensin system. Adequate levels can promote healthy blood pressure, reducing the risk of hypertension, a major risk factor for heart disease.
Anti-Inflammatory Effects
Chronic inflammation is linked to cardiovascular diseases. Vitamin D3 exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce inflammation in the arteries and lower the risk of plaque formation. This can mitigate the risk of heart attacks.
Improvement of Endothelial Function
Vitamin D3 plays a role in maintaining the health of the endothelium, the thin layer of cells lining blood vessels. Healthy endothelial function is crucial for proper blood flow and prevents clot formation. Dysfunction in this layer can lead to atherosclerosis and blood clots.
Calcium Homeostasis
Vitamin D3 helps regulate calcium levels in the body. When calcium metabolism is balanced, it prevents excessive calcification of blood vessels, which can lead to blockages and increase the risk of heart attacks.
Modulation of Blood Clotting
Vitamin D3 is thought to play a role in modulating the mechanisms involved in blood coagulation. It may help reduce the risk of excessive clotting, thereby lowering the chances of blood clots that can result in heart attacks or strokes.
Incorporating sufficient vitamin D3 into one’s diet, whether through sunlight exposure, food, or supplements, can contribute to better cardiovascular health and potentially lower the risk of serious heart conditions.
In many cases, you can heal your knees and joints without surgery. Doctors will jump to giving you steroid shots to mask the pain so that your joints continue to degrade until you need surgery. That’s akin to fattening up the pig for slaughter. They keep you comfortable until they can justify surgery. If you eat a healthy, whole foods diet, minimize sugar, detox regularly, exercise, stretch, and take these supplements, then you most likely won’t need surgery and you won’t need cortisone shots. A doctor is never going to tell you this, because that’s not how they make money.
Additional considerations:
- Minimize sugar.
- Gaia turmeric is a good brand
- Alternatively, take turmeric and black pepper in a tea or smoothie. Black pepper helps the turmeric absorb.
- Stretch and flex your joints daily.
- Engage in weight training. Muscle helps support your joints.
- Achieve hormonal balance. Your hormones improve all aspects of your being.
- Engage in routine water fasting.
- Engage in routine coffee enemas.
- Stay completely away from processed, industrialized foods.
- Stop using products high in omega 6 is like peanut butter, canola oil, and any other seed oils.
- Vitamin C is VITAL. Don’t blow it off. You can take up to 1000 mg/h without a problem. Your body will excrete any excess vitamin C via your urine. When taking collagen also take a 1/4 teaspoon of vitamin C (if you are using the Dr. Clark vitamin C powder). If you say that vitamin C/ascorbic acid irritates your stomach, then you most likely have an H. pylori issue. I wrote an article on how to cure your H. pylori. You can view that article at my New Zen Vigor blog. There’s a link in my Instagram bio.
Also, you can get collagen by making your own bone broth, eating chicken skin, and eating the membrane of eggshells. You can even buy chicken feet and boil those down into a gelatin, which you can mix into your soups, meals, and beverages, but I don’t know how many people want to do that. IMHO, I t’s easier to buy the collagen. 😅
