Collin was mortally wounded on a street investigation two years ago. We honor our hero today and remember his service. Collin did many great things in his life. He was a friend and brother who brought people together. Our organization is honored to further his legacy and support his survivors. Please share your stories of him today and wherever you may be tonight, please stop for a moment of silence at 6:31 p.m. for our hero.
