🎤🔥 FCMS Poetry Slam 🔥🎤

Our students took the stage and SPOKE from the heart at this year’s Poetry Slam! From powerful performances to creative storytelling, these Panthers showed confidence, courage, and serious talent under the spotlight.

Huge shout out to every student who participated and shared their voice with the audience. We are so proud of the passion, creativity, and bravery shown on stage! 👏🐾

🎳💙 Leadership 8th Grade End-of-Year Celebration! 💙🎳

Our 8th grade Leadership students wrapped up the year with a bowling celebration to recognize all of their hard work, growth, and leadership throughout the school year.

From college visits and projects to helping lead at The Creek, these students have represented FCMS well all year long. We’re proud of everything they’ve accomplished and excited to see what’s next for them in high school! 👏🐾

💻 Chromebook Collection Reminder 💻

FCMS will begin collecting student Chromebooks this week. Please make sure your student brings their Chromebook to school on their assigned collection date.

📅 7th Grade — Wednesday, May 27
📅 8th Grade — Thursday, May 28

⚠️ Students who do not return their Chromebook will be charged a $260 replacement fee.

🔌 Chromebook chargers do NOT need to be returned.

🏆 Grade Level Awards Ceremonies 🏆

We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our Panthers! These invitation-only ceremonies will recognize students who have distinguished themselves in the classroom, throughout the school community, and in athletics and extracurricular activities. 💙🐾

All families of students receiving awards should have received electronic communication with ceremony details.

Our 8th graders will head to Washington, D.C. tomorrow, May 26!

⏰ Departure: 8:00 AM
⏰ Return: Approximately 7:00 PM

A huge congratulations to the Falling Creek Middle School Drama Club on their incredible production of The Seussification of Romeo & Juliet! 🤍❤️✨

From the playful rhymes to the Seuss-style silliness, these students had the audience laughing, cheering, and completely charmed.

For many of the 8th graders, this performance was especially bittersweet as the very first class to experience FCMS Drama Club all three years of middle school. What a beautiful way to close this chapter. 💫

We are so proud of these students and can’t wait to see the bigger and brighter stages ahead of them! 🎭
