TALK Therapy Services is an established pediatric speech-language and occupational therapy practice providing services to children from 18 months to 22 years. We offer speech and language therapy at preschools, private schools, and at our clinic. Services are also offered contractually with public school systems. TALK Therapy Services now works with several local home healthcare companies to servi

ce the adult population focusing on traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, aphasia, dysphagia (swallowing), and other cognitive impairments. Serving the central Virginia area, including Richmond and Charlottesville.

TALK Therapy Services is hiring throughout Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year! Our pediatric, occupational and speech therapy practice is seeking an engaging, energetic, pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This therapist will provide quality, discipline-specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Qualified candidates will evaluate children and develop and monitor individualized goals and plans according to treatment plans as well as administer standardized assessments and provide parent education and support.
