As the 2025-2026 Conexus program year winds down, we took a few moments to celebrate our AMAZING team!!
These individuals led the way this program year, BUT Conexus recognizes that EACH AND EVERY member of the team works tirelessly to provide healthy vision programs to the thousands of children across the Commonwealth we served!
It takes an entire dedicated team to make Conexus run!!

Earlier today, Conexus welcomed our amazing friends and partners at Chesterfield County Public Schools School Health and Communities In Schools of Chesterfield to our offices to recap the AMAZING 2025-2026 program year and to begin planning for, what will surely be, another amazing program year in 2026-2027.
We CANNOT thank these incredibly talented and dedicated professionals enough for their support and partnership. We CANNOT do what we do in Chesterfield County without them!!
