Ms. Victoriano reminds our students that leadership doesn’t always have to be loud. With her gentle voice, calm presence, and thoughtful way of teaching Spanish, she demonstrates a quieter kind of strength—the ability to listen, observe, encourage, and allow others the confidence to find their own voices. Simon Sinek teaches that great leadership begins with caring for and listening to others, and Ms. Victoriano models that beautifully. At AAE, this daily exposure to Spanish is also intentional: we are building our students’ ears, confidence, vocabulary, and comfort with another language now, preparing them to enter middle school ready to embrace more advanced second-language study. Sometimes the most powerful leader in the room is not the loudest one, but the one who makes everyone else feel heard. Private tours available. 804-683-4600. Academy-of-excellence.com
