The entire city of Richmond is the game board on November 7!
The Channel RVA team is putting on the “Hey Richmond Citywide Scavenger Hunt,” a one-day hunt that sends teams across our neighborhoods, local businesses, and civic landmarks. From the river to the rooftops, every stop is a real place. A storefront you love. A landmark you’ve walked past a hundred times. A corner of the city you’ve never really seen.
The hunt runs Saturday, November 7, from 9 to 5. It’s free. Play solo or bring a team of up to five. Get to the stops however you move through Richmond: on foot, on a bike, on a GRTC bus, in a wheelchair, or pushing a stroller. Paper cards are available for anyone who’d rather skip the phone.
The day ends in one place. Teams come off their routes, scores post, and Richmond closes it out together. The winning team earns dinner with city leadership at a local hotspot.
This one gives back, too. Some proceeds benefit Brown’s Island renovations.
