Not a secretariat member was sleeping, not even a 'bout,
The placards were placed by the committees with care,
With folders for 560 delegates soon to be there,
The chairs were nestled all snug in their beds,
With visions of gavels dancing round in their heads,
And all wearing tshirts and snazzy sunglasses too,
