The AFS Academy is a complete Mixed Martial Art facility. Adults of all ages and abilities can participate in classes. Specialized youth programs help children age 4-15 gain REAL bully proof skills and discipline. Whether your goal is to get in shape, learn self defense, or compete, the instructors can help you meet your goals. Not ready for martial arts classes? Try one of our fitness courses and

work independently on fitness goals in MMA Fitness Bootcamp or with one of our highly qualified trainers. The AFS Academy has several highly qualified personal trainers available for fitness training or private self defense courses.

🔴 10 AM — 10th Planet Richmond Open Mat
We’ll kick things off with some fun tag team matches before opening up the mats for rolls!

🔵 5 PM — 10th Planet Lexington
Class at 5 PM with plenty of rolls to follow!
