What an incredible first week at Pink Elementary! Our Palominos jumped right into learning, established strong classroom routines, built connections with their teachers and classmates, and set the stage for a year of growth and success. It was a wonderful kickoff to what we know will be a year filled with learning, excellence, and greatness!

🎉 Tomorrow is the BIG day! We are beyond excited to welcome our Palominos back into the building and kick off what is sure to be an amazing school year! We can’t wait to see their smiling faces and begin a year filled with learning, growth & success! 🐴💚

What a fantastic day we had yesterday at the Lamar CISD Back-to-School Block Party! 🎉 We loved meeting so many of our Pink Elementary families and seeing students enjoy all the games, activities, giveaways, and prizes. We can’t wait to welcome our Palominos back and kick off an amazing school year!

🎬 What an incredible way to kick off the 2026-2027 school year!

On Friday, our Palominos came together to align our vision, set high expectations, celebrate student growth through our STAAR Academy Awards, learn about our Transformation Days, welcome our newest team members through our Herd Initiation, and strengthen the relationships that make our campus so special.

The passion, positivity, and commitment our staff brings to T.L. Pink Elementary is inspiring, and we know it’s going to make a difference for every student.

A huge thank you to The Bridge for their incredible partnership! Thank you for providing breakfast and lunch, leading a fun team-building game, and donating backpacks and school supplies for our students. We truly couldn’t do this without you!

🎥 The spotlight is on, the cameras are rolling, and we can’t wait to see what this amazing cast accomplishes this year!

We loved celebrating and welcoming some of our newest Palominos at the New Staff Stampede! We’re excited for all they will bring to the Pink Elementary family this year.

🌟 Welcome to the Team: Ashley George, SLC Teacher

With 18 years in education, including 17 years in Special Education, Ashley is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her students. 🌟 Welcome to the Team: Mailyng Esculpi Gutierrez, SESC Paraprofessional

Please join us in welcoming Mailyng Esculpi Gutierrez to T.L. Pink Elementary as our SESC Paraprofessional!

Mailyng brings a diverse background in education, including experience as a teacher assistant, classroom teacher, substitute teacher, and long-term bilingual kindergarten substitute. Her passion for supporting students and helping them grow academically and personally makes her a wonderful addition to our campus.
