ENTRIES WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT ON JULY 19TH

• This is for Jr Fair entries only. DO NOT USE THIS FOR SR FAIR/OPEN CLASS ENTRIES. Sr Fair/Open Class entries must be turned into the Sr Fair office by July 10th.

• All 4-H Members, FFA Members, and Independent Exhibitors must do their Jr Fair entries online. If you do not enter online, you will not receive a wristband or parking pass.

• You must also register for showmanship online. There will be no showmanship signups at the fair, with the exception of those that need added to Supreme Showmanship. You will be able to scratch at the fair if you decide not to participate.

• 4-H Members - please cross reference your 4-H online entries when entering classes. Do not enter classes unless you are enrolled in the project. We will be checking and deleting entries if you are not enrolled.

• When doing entries, please do separate entries for each animal/pen. For example, if you have 2 market hogs, you will enter market hog 2 times. If you have 2 pens of market chickens, you will do 2 entries for market chicken.

• It is not the responsibility of club advisors to complete these entries. We recommend that each family or individual do their own entries to ensure they are done and that they are correct.

• All Still Project, Cloverbud, and Sprouts must also enter. If your entry is not done online, you will not receive a wristband.

• Please use the 2026 Jefferson County Fair Book as a reference when entering classes.

• Please create one account per family and add each exhibitor. Multiple exhibitors can be listed on one account.

• We will offer help dates at the fairgrounds as needed.

• Please direct all questions to the Jr Fair Coordinators and/or Jr Fair Assistants. DO NOT CONTACT THE EXTENSION OFFICE REGARDING THESE ENTRIES.

• Bonnie Randolph 740.275.6728, Makara Eick 740.457.9765, Hannah Randolph 740.461.0755, Carly Long 740.491.0696

• After entries close, we will provide a list of club entries to head advisors to review with their members.

• Please be patient. This is a learning experience for us as well.

• We will still be providing other forms (parade, booth, royalty, etc).

• RABBIT ENTRIES - If you do not have a tattoo number yet, enter "unknown" and we will add later.
