Students will need to create a free student account with TEEX to register if they do not already have one. Students will also need to provide a FEMA student ID. A FEMA SID uniquely identifies students throughout the FEMA organization and all of its agencies. It serves as a student’s personal identification number and combines all of their FEMA training records under one account to simplify tracking of all their FEMA training accomplishments.
