What a joyful celebration we had at EHA’s 2026 Annual Kindergarten Graduation! Families, friends, and staff proudly cheered on our incredible young learners while they reflected on a year full of growth, discovery, and achievement. From sharing favorite memories to excitedly revealing what they dream of becoming when they grow up, each student truly shined! The celebration continued at the under-the-sea-themed reception where everyone enjoyed a time of fellowship, tasty treats, and fun. Congratulations, rising first graders!

Field Day was an action-packed day full of laughter, teamwork, and school spirit! Our students had an incredible time competing in exciting activities like dodgeball, relay races, giant Connect Four, and many other fun challenges throughout the day. A huge thank you goes out to our wonderful staff, parents, and volunteers whose enthusiasm, encouragement, and hard work made this unforgettable annual event possible.

What an awesome time we had at the East End Block Party hosted by Rise Academy on Saturday! It was such a joy to be a part of this exciting community celebration and to fellowship with so many friends and families. Thank you, Rise Academy!

Our middle schoolers hit the road for an exciting field trip to the Virginia Living Museum in Newport News! The adventure began with an engaging planetarium show about Virginia’s night sky. Students then explored the museum’s exhibits and learned about Virginia’s diverse habitats while observing both land and aquatic creatures. A highlight of the day was watching the museum staff feed Newt the alligator!

Our third graders experienced an exciting day of outdoor learning at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden! Our eager learners used their math skills to observe, measure, and collect data while exploring the forest and wetland ecosystems.
