We are now 5+ years out from this four way stop going in at the corner of Grove and Stafford in the fan, we went from having regular accidents with cars crashing into parked cars and crossing over sidewalks into front yards to a ZERO accident in 5+ year post all way stop sign installed.

After 6 years of petitioning the City of Richmond, a nursery school and surrounding community are grateful to see a four-way stop installed at a busy intersection.
