https://linktr.ee/CollegiateRVA Collegiate School is an independent, college preparatory school that teaches more than just skills. The Collegiate experience inspires our community to learn from each other new ways of thinking. Character is as important as creativity, integrity accompanies intellect, and service joins leadership. We are preparing the next generation of inquisitive thinkers, compas

sionate leaders and responsible citizens. Global education is a significant component of the Collegiate experience, beginning in kindergarten. Our annual International Emerging Leaders Conference is considered groundbreaking in K-12 educational circles, and we are believed to be the first school in the nation to develop and host a curriculum-based international conference during the formal school year. Fifty high school students from around the world come to our campus for 10 days to explore environmental and global economic issues, and to work with industry leaders on creating solutions. While preparing our students for success in college is a significant part of our mission, we intentionally focus on preparing them to succeed in life, in a global world where their critical thinking skills and creativity will help them make significant contributions. Collegiate alums include: Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson; film producer Michael Gottwald ("Beasts of the Southern Wild"); fashion designer Sarah Hailes Easley (co-founder of a new line for Target), 2012 Olympic equestrian Nina Ligon, and numerous others who continue to impact the world in positive ways. VALUES
