Attention all preschool families! Don’t forget to stop by the preschool classroom tomorrow between 5:30-6:30 to drop off school supplies, find your child’s bin/hook and seat, and for them to meet their friends! We are so excited for this school year!!🧡

Today we had lunch featuring crockpot chicken pot pie, strawberries with cheesecake dip, and s’mores to show our teachers some appreciation for a great state inspections last week! They all work hard to ensure a safe and fun learning environment for the littles here at Central! Thank you all so much for everything you do!💜

Join us for a few hours of fun, games, and food to help support the students and staff at central! All proceeds go right back into our classrooms!

- tickets will be $2 each

Create and explore

Due to the air quality from the wildfires we made the decision to not have our normal water activities on our playground...

Due to the air quality from the wildfires we made the decision to not have our normal water activities on our playground but to do some water play indoors!!!
💦💜

-Our infants played with soaked alphabet shaped sponges giving them fine motor practice by grasping and squeezing, hand eye coordination to pick them up, and sensory exploration!🧽💦
-Our 1 year old class used water and cotton balls to “paint” on construction paper giving them fine motor practice by grasping and pinching, sensory exploration, and creative expression!🫟💦
-Our 2 and 3 year olds got a job at the car wash today and used buckets of water and different types of sponges to clean their cars! Offering creative play, imagination, and sensory play!🚗🧼🧽
-And our 4 and 5 year olds honed their science skills, critical thinking, and fine motor skills by using pipettes to dropped colored water into cups of oil!🧪🧑‍🔬
