BGA School of Music

BGA School of Music BGA offers the best in private & group piano, drum, guitar, voice, saxophone, & dance lessons! Call Are we the right music school for you?

BGA has enrolled hundreds of students over the past 4 years. More music students take lessons here than at any other studio in Richmond. CONSIDER THE FIVE BENEFITS OF BECOMING A BGA STUDENT:

1. Piano, Guitar, Voice, Violin, Drum and Dance lessons in one location, saving you time & money. This saves our students time and money, as one family can take multiple instruments on the same day. No need

to drive to multiple locations for multiple family members!

2. The most qualified teaching faculty in Richmond who will teach you the songs you want to learn. We have 7 music teachers, all with either University training or professional performance experience. Our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them. With several music teachers for every instrument, we are confident that we have the right teacher to meet your needs. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly, and are dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn.

3. The widest range of lesson times available to fit your busy schedule. Monday – Friday

4:00 – 8:00 PM ~ Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

4. Free, all-inclusive, optional recitals so that your family & friends can share in your musical journey. Every winter and spring, our students have the opportunity to perform in our recitals. Students are not required to perform, but many choose to.

5. A comfortable waiting room for parents, so you can get work done while you wait. Instead of waiting in a music retail showroom, our clients enjoy a comfortable, professional waiting room with WiFi, magazines, and music videos. Parents can also sit in on your child’s lesson any time you like. Testimonial

We love the enthusiasm and appreciation of the fine arts that our children have developed because of the awesome instruction and encouragement they receive at BGA School of the Arts. Our son Jordan is an accomplished percussionist and vocalist. He has been nominated for numerous music awards, is an all-district chorus participant, honors band nominee, and although just in the 8th grade, he is a member of our county's high school marching band and jazz ensemble. His school music instructors always compliment him on his strong foundation in music which we credit to his lessons and time spent at BGA. Our daughter, Julia is now taking dance and vocal training. She cannot wait for Saturdays to get here. She loves her classes, her classmates, and her instructors. We love seeing her talents and her confidence blossom under their instruction. She spends the rest of her week reviewing her skills and sharing what she has learned. In addition, with there being so many reports of bullying and negative secular influences in the school systems, it is so comforting to know that we have her enrolled in a positive, faith based program where she is surrounded by positive role models and peers. Not only is her talent being strengthened, but her character as well and she is learning and making great friends at the same time. With the many decisions we have to make for our children regarding extracurricular activities, we can honestly say that enrolling our kids at BGA School of the Arts was the easiest and we have been blessed beyond measure for it.
